STRIPPING SKILLS

Free Length Stripping: Turn the length stopper down first and strip at the middle of the wires.

Precise Length Stripping: Adjust the length stopper and align the wire end to make it touch the stopper.

Wrong Operation 1: DO NOT make the wire overstep the length stopper, which will damage the stopper.

Wrong Operation 2: DO NOT strip half-outer and half-inner. Should strip both the outside insulation or inside one.

PRESSURE KNOB DESIGN

Rotate the thumb wheel knob to adjust the jaw pressure. Turn clockwise to tighten the jaw if the wire slips, and turn counterclockwise to loosen the pressure if it is hard to work.

SELF-ADJUSTING MECHANISM

Pull back and forth the length stopper to adjust the wire stripping length. Strip the wire by the same length when putting the stopper at Position 1. Strip the middle insulation of the wires when putting the stopper at Position 3.

Stripping: Ideal for stripping wire from 10-24 AWG. Easily deal with copper, cable, coaxial, thermal, and aluminum wire.

Cutting: Special heat treatment for the blade. Cut off copper and aluminum wires.
